Arena S.p.A., also on behalf of the entire Arena Group, and Mr. Luca Selvatici, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company, jointly announce that Mr. Selvatici has decided to leave all his offices held in the Board of Directors of Arena S.p.A. and the other companies of the Arena Group as of June 28th, 2021.
Mr. Selvatici has served the Company and the Arena Group during the past 17 years, originally as CFO, then progressively expanding his role into Chief Operating Officer and finally, since mid of 2016, as Co-CEO. Mr Selvatici has been a significant contributor to the development of the Arena brand and business, in Italy and abroad, making the Company a point of reference in the international community of swimming and watersports.

Following Luca’s departure, the Board of Arena S.p.A has appointed Peter Graschi as new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, starting from July 1st, 2021.
A Swiss citizen, Peter has an impressive track record in the fashion and lifestyle industry, with particular focus on strategy, finance and operations. During his career he has developed a strong international experience in wholesale, retail and in the e-commerce space. In his last position he was CFO /CIO of the TALLY WEiJL Group based in Switzerland and President of the Italian subsidiary.
Giuseppe Musciacchio, formerly Co-Chief Executive Officer, will take the role of Deputy CEO, keeping his responsibilities on product, marketing and sales and reporting to Peter Graschi. Giuseppe will guarantee his continuation and support for a smooth transition.
