"Swimming is the discipline in which I've improved the most. Having a good technique is very important, and since it has always been my weakest discipline, thanks to the sessions of the last few months, I've been able to make great leaps forward. Unlike in the past, I haven't only trained for long distances in the water but also had sessions in the pool with a coach and tools like the Pullbuoy paddles, or snorkel. I divided the different parts of the technique and then put them together. Now I'm much faster and I love to have a good swim in open waters."
"Originally, I was a cyclist and also a good runner. So swimming is still my weak point. But when I completed the triathlon around the world, I swam for 456 km along the Croatian coast, so I know I can swim for very long distances and in rough terrain. To prepare for my 120 times Challenge Roth, I worked hard and made great progress. So now I would say that swimming is the perfect way to start my triathlon day."
"I've tested arena products, particularly the wetsuit, in the last month. A good wetsuit makes me faster and keeps me warmer. Especially when I'm tired after doing many consecutive triathlons, the wetsuit will be crucial because my technique will suffer, and the wetsuit will partly balance out these mistakes and help me maintain a better position in the water."
